6 builders who never spoke to each other
Borrow a bigger audience for one joint project
Pitch the owner of an audience you cannot otherwise reach on teaching their people the one thing they all want, split the revenue, and put the result in front of both lists. It works across categories too: a company solving the same shaped problem in a different market, or the supplier your customers already buy from, has the exact list you want and a reason to introduce you. Expect these to produce bigger months than new launches do.
The method
- 01
Tour other people's audiences with a joint webinar: pitch the host on teaching their people the one thing they all want, then close with an offer and split revenue in half
- 02
Partner with someone for one project only, and put the result in front of both of your audiences.
- 03
Collaborate with larger creators and with companies in your niche to reach audiences you have no other route to.
- 04
Find a company solving the same shaped problem in a different category and partner with them. The overlap in argument does the persuading for both of you.
- 05
Run joint promotions with the suppliers your customers already buy from. The adjacent industry has the exact list you want and a reason to introduce you.

Brennan Dunn did this for his freelancing rates book after launching to his own list, adding hundreds of subscribers and dozens of buyers per session on a 50/50 split
The example given is two people co-creating a course that merges what each of them does and selling it to both lists, with an agreed end point rather than an ongoing company.
Partners named for the challenge month: FrontendMentors, Creative-Tim, and the YouTuber Brad Traversy.
QOR360 works with Tim and Rick Brennan of Vivobarefoot, on the grounds that restrictive shoes damage the foot the way restrictive chairs damage the body, and the shoe company had nearly two decades of experience to share.
