   Diarise a quarterly review of whether the product still addresses a real customer need, a monthly accountability meeting with other product builders, and one or two conferences for the year.

   Audit the existing business on a schedule: list where time and money are currently going, ask whether each is returning in proportion, and move the resources if not.
