a single source, nothing corroborates it
Give advice someone can follow in a canteen queue
Precision that cannot be acted on performs no better than vagueness, because both leave the person with nothing to do. Test the instruction against the moment it has to be used, and rewrite until it survives that moment.
The method
- 01
Give people an instruction they can actually follow. Precise but impractical advice performs no better than vague advice.
What it returned
- 274
Existing guidance asked people to eat a fistful of carbohydrate, or 274 grams of chicken. Neither is usable in a canteen. WePlate replaced that with a simple 3D plate showing the food at the right sizes.
