Build the whole page on one problem

A page that lists every problem you solve leaves the reader ranking none of them, so pick the largest one and make it the spine. Restate it in the headline, the sub-heads and the proof, so that by the time the offer appears it reads as the only sensible conclusion.

The method

  1. 01

From those interviews pick the single largest problem you solve, and treat that one problem as the spine of the page.

  2. 02

Restate that one problem repeatedly through the copy and make every supporting message reinforce it, so the solution reads as the obvious conclusion.

What it returned

  • Day four of the seven day plan is choosing the biggest problem.

  • Days five to seven of the plan are spent rewriting around the chosen problem.
