Report to a peer group on a schedule
Two or three standing groups that meet weekly or monthly supply accountability while you are building and cross-promotion once you launch. Showing up daily in a group of people shipping their own products is what keeps a side project moving when nobody else is waiting on it.
The method
- 01
Join an accountability group of other people shipping products and show up in it daily while you build.
- 02
Join two or three peer groups that meet on a schedule - masterminds and bootstrapper chat rooms - and use them for accountability, cross-promotion and partnerships.
What it returned
Brennan Dunn, who did well over six figures of product revenue across nine products in a year, was in two masterminds - one meeting weekly, the other fortnightly - plus two bootstrapper group chats.

Three plays a week, for the phase you are in
No roundup of links, no news. Three tactics more than one builder arrived at separately, with the numbers each one returned and the disagreements left in.
