4 builders who never spoke to each other
Show the making of it, not the finished thing
Publish the process rather than the outcome: livestream the work, run a show about the company's journey, share drafts, report what you actually did that day, or publish the recipe so other people can copy the build. The product then appears inside a story rather than as an advert, which is what lets a company read as a living thing worth following.
The method
- 01
Post the making of the product as it happens so the company reads as a living thing people can follow along with.
- 02
Publish the process, not only the result: livestream the work, run a podcast about the company's journey, and share drafts, so the audience both keeps you practising and feeds back suggestions.
- 03
Stop deciding what to post and instead report whatever you did that day that was worth saying out loud.
- 04
Publish the recipe behind your own build so other people can copy it, and the copies carry your name outward.
- 05
Build a small demo product on top of your platform in public, streaming the whole build, so the process doubles as marketing and as documentation.

Three plays a week, for the phase you are in
No roundup of links, no news. Three tactics more than one builder arrived at separately, with the numbers each one returned and the disagreements left in.
