2 builders who never spoke to each other
Show up as a participant, not a company account
An account that only posts its own news is easy to scroll past, because it never adds to anything anyone else started. Contributing something worthwhile to one live thread a day, and publicly highlighting somebody else's work each week, buys standing that product announcements cannot.
The method
- 01
Be present on social every day as a participant in conversations, not as an account that only posts product news.
- 02
Reply substantively to at least one conversation in your niche every day, and once a week publicly highlight someone else's work.
What it returned
Fathom is active daily on Twitter, engaging with community and customers rather than pitching.
The daily commitment is adding something useful to one existing marketer thread, and the weekly one is sharing or breaking down another company's work.

the second source
Three plays a week, for the phase you are in
No roundup of links, no news. Three tactics more than one builder arrived at separately, with the numbers each one returned and the disagreements left in.
