a single source, nothing corroborates it
Let a fifth of the feed be the rest of you
A feed of pure expertise reads as a brochure and gives an accomplished reader nothing they could not find elsewhere. Keeping most of the output on the professional subject while letting opinions, observations and hobbies fill the remainder is what makes the account feel like a person worth following.
The method
- 01
Split your social output roughly 80 percent on your professional subject and 20 percent on your own interests and observations, and comment on other people's posts as well as publishing your own.
- 02
Do not withhold the parts of yourself that are not the expertise. A more accomplished person following you is not there for the fundamentals, they are there for your specific angle, so publish the perspective and the hobbies too.
What it returned
- 700
This took Natividad from 700 to 100,000 Twitter followers in under two years, with semi-viral posts each adding a few hundred to a couple of thousand followers overnight.

Three plays a week, for the phase you are in
No roundup of links, no news. Three tactics more than one builder arrived at separately, with the numbers each one returned and the disagreements left in.
