Do not wall off what most of the audience needs
When only a sliver of the audience sits behind the membership, putting the bonus material on the public page serves far more people than protecting it does. If you retire a paid placement, refund everyone who bought it rather than letting the change quietly cost them.
The method
- 01
Do not wall off bonus material when only a sliver of your audience is behind the wall: put it on the public episode page where everyone finds it.
- 02
Refund every customer who paid for placement when you retire a paid section of your site.
What it returned
- 30
About 30 paying members saw the behind the scenes notes and bonus questions against roughly 1000 listeners an episode, so the material was republished on the episode pages.
Every publication that had paid to appear in Email Love's Newsletter Discovery was refunded when the section was deleted.

Three plays a week, for the phase you are in
No roundup of links, no news. Three tactics more than one builder arrived at separately, with the numbers each one returned and the disagreements left in.
