Launch it again once something real has changed
A second listing works when the thing being listed is genuinely different. A free product that had proved demand earned its own launch for the hosted paid version, and another maker relaunched the same product after building an audience and went from seventy upvotes to over three hundred. What changed since last time is the variable, not how long ago it was.
The method
- 01
Run a second Product Hunt launch for the hosted paid version once the free version has proved the demand.
- 02
The same product launched again with an audience in place performs completely differently on Product Hunt.
What it returned
- 356
356 upvotes and fifth product of the day, against 70 upvotes for the earlier launch with no audience.
The PRO release, aimed at people who could not host it themselves, reached fourth place on Producthunt.

Three plays a week, for the phase you are in
No roundup of links, no news. Three tactics more than one builder arrived at separately, with the numbers each one returned and the disagreements left in.
